I can't think of a single instance where...0.o <br /><br />I can't think of a single instance where a despot line of leadership actually works without destroying the creative aspect of a project. Without dissenting and different inputs of multiple sources the ability to change the direction of a project, good or bad, is severely hampered and many would invariably flop.
