I Need a Glass of Wine and a New Chair

In the last two days I've been working pretty much continuously on the Best Reads of the Week series in an effort to catch it back up. That shouldn't really be a huge deal since I normally read everybody throughout the weeks and add them to my running list - only here's the thing: back when I was having so much trouble with blogger all my Best Reads that were in the works were deleted. So now I'm having to go back over three months worth of entries just to catch up. So what does that mean in real terms? It means that I've read over 140 blogs and 3,600 posts.

I'm never falling behind again.

  1. I should probably have made it clear above, but I didn't. I have another 300 or so blogs to go before I'm done.

    1. I think you should do a podcast but you should have people to interact with. You play off really well when you have someone to bounce off of, Holmes. I meant to leave that on your blog but I can't remember which entry that came up on and I'm all logger-headed right now. We'll talk more in the morning.

    1. I am now at 300 blogs and nearly 6,000 posts read. It is late and my head is numb from lack of sleep.

I am sad to see Violent Resolutions end. It was a good series.

  4. As consumers in France, Spain and Italy cut back their Wine Cellar consumption, often in favour of other drinks categories altogether, global sales are being propelled forward by countries whose embrace of wine is a relatively recent phenomenon.

    1. Thank you, wine robot! Your off-topic insight opened my eyes!

(Actually, I already knew all that, but it's not like the robot needs to know that I knew.)

    2. I only wonder if somewhere in some dank warehouse a server that runs spam bot scripts has that girls picture taped to the front of it.

    1. Skipping would have messed up what I wanted to do this year. It would be . . . not cool. I'm sorry Dan. It's late. I'm going to bed.
